Suta Goswami
It frames Śiva-pūjā as a cosmic principle: even the twelve rāśis (time-markers in the universe) are described as oriented toward Śiva, implying that worship harmonizes the devotee with cosmic rhythm and dharma.
By portraying all rāśis as devoted to Him, Śiva is implied as the transcendent Pati who pervades and governs cosmic order while remaining the supreme refuge for liberation.
Śiva-pūjā is highlighted as the central practice; implicitly, aligning one’s conduct and observances with sacred time supports Pāśupata-oriented discipline where the pashu turns toward Pati to loosen pāśa.
