प्रसंगाच्चैव सम्पूज्य भक्तिहीनैरपि द्विजाः भावानुरूपफलदो भगवानिति कीर्तितः
prasaṃgāccaiva sampūjya bhaktihīnairapi dvijāḥ bhāvānurūpaphalado bhagavāniti kīrtitaḥ
Ó duas-vezes-nascidos, mesmo quando o culto é feito apenas por ocasião e sem bhakti, o Senhor (Pati) é louvado como Aquele que concede frutos conforme o bhāva, a disposição interior do adorador.

Shiva is presented as Bhagavan and phala-dātā—an intelligent, responsive Lord who dispenses karma-phala according to the pashu’s inner disposition, indicating divine governance rather than mechanical ritualism.
It highlights Shiva-puja (including Linga-puja) with emphasis on bhāva as the inner yogic component—refining intention and devotion so the pashu moves toward freedom from pasha.
