तपसानेन किं कार्यं भवतस्ते महामते ददामि पुत्रं सर्वज्ञं सर्वशास्त्रार्थपारगम्

Transliteration

tapasānena kiṃ kāryaṃ bhavataste mahāmate dadāmi putraṃ sarvajñaṃ sarvaśāstrārthapāragam

Translation

“Ó grande de ânimo, que necessidade tens ainda de tais austeridades? Eu te concedo um filho — onisciente e plenamente versado no verdadeiro sentido de todos os śāstras.”
