E o próprio Bhava—Bhagavān, Senhor dos mundos—tendo concedido sua graça ao Deva Pitāmaha (Brahmā) e a Janārdana (Viṣṇu), desapareceu ali mesmo, recolhendo sua forma manifesta.
Suta Goswami (narrating the episode to the sages of Naimisharanya)
It frames Śiva as Jagannātha who grants anugraha (grace) and then becomes antarhita (withdrawn), mirroring how the Liṅga signifies the Lord’s presence beyond visible form while remaining accessible to worship.
Śiva-tattva is shown as sovereign Pati: He bestows grace even upon Brahmā and Viṣṇu and can conceal or reveal His form at will (tīrodhāna/anugraha), indicating transcendence over manifest appearance.
The takeaway is dhyāna on the Lord’s subtle presence: after receiving anugraha, the sādhaka turns inward in Pāśupata-oriented contemplation of the unmanifest Śiva indicated by the Liṅga.
