It presents Shiva’s “abhaya” doctrine: steadfast Bhava-archana (Linga-centered worship of Pati) removes fear in all states, implying protection and inner steadiness for the pashu (soul).
Shiva as Bhava is shown as Pati—the sovereign Lord who grants fearlessness and awakens jñāna; closeness to him through worship leads the soul from pasha-bound limitation toward sarvajñatā (expansive knowing).
Bhava-archana (Shiva/Linga worship) is highlighted as a sādhanā that stabilizes the practitioner and supports Pāśupata-oriented transformation—moving from fear and bondage toward knowledge and liberation.
