An Exposition of the Distinctions of Creation, Inert Matter, and the Lord
रजोराशिस्थितिस्त्वेवं तात व्याप्तं तमोगुणैः / राशिभूतेपि तमसि सत्त्वं च विनतासुत
rajorāśisthitistvevaṃ tāta vyāptaṃ tamoguṇaiḥ / rāśibhūtepi tamasi sattvaṃ ca vinatāsuta
Assim, ó querido, o estado da massa de rajas é permeado pelas qualidades do tamas; e mesmo quando o tamas se acumula numa massa densa, o sattva também está presente — ó filho de Vinatā.
