एतेन पूजाविधिना मासान् द्वादश हायनम् । नीत्वाथोपरमेत्साध्वी कार्तिके चरमेऽहनि ॥ २१ ॥

Transliteration

etena pūjā-vidhinā māsān dvādaśa hāyanam nītvāthoparamet sādhvī kārtike carame ’hani

Translation

Por este método de adoração, a esposa casta deve executar o serviço devocional continuamente por doze meses, isto é, um ano. Passado o ano, no dia de lua cheia do mês de Kārttika, deve jejuar e concluir o voto.
