Puṁsavana / Viṣṇu-vrata: Worship of Lakṣmī-Nārāyaṇa for Auspicious Progeny and Fortune
This verse instructs that a vow undertaken for Lord Viṣṇu should not be disrupted in any manner; steadiness and adherence to the discipline are essential.
Because proper worship includes respect for sacred persons and exemplary devotees; offering them garlands, fragrances, gifts, and ornaments supports the vow’s purity and devotional culture.
Keep a consistent daily practice—simple prayer, offering, or remembrance of Viṣṇu—and maintain the commitment without unnecessary breaks, while practicing respect and charity to worthy persons.
