Transliteration

taṁ pādayor nipatitam ayathā-pūrvam āturam adho-vadanam ab-bindūn sṛjantaṁ nayanābjayoḥ

Translation

Ao prostrar-se aos seus pés, o rei viu nele um desalento jamais visto. Com o rosto baixo, gotas de lágrimas deslizavam de seus olhos de lótus.
