The Sūtas Foretell the Glories and Future Deeds of King Pṛthu
अन्तर्बहिश्च भूतानां पश्यन् कर्माणि चारणै: । उदासीन इवाध्यक्षो वायुरात्मेव देहिनाम् ॥ १२ ॥
antar bahiś ca bhūtānāṁ paśyan karmāṇi cāraṇaiḥ udāsīna ivādhyakṣo vāyur ātmeva dehinām
O rei Pṛthu, por meio de seus espiões, verá as ações internas e externas de todos os cidadãos; contudo, ninguém poderá conhecer seu sistema de vigilância. Ele permanecerá neutro diante do louvor e da censura, como o ar vital no corpo, que se manifesta por dentro e por fora e ainda assim não se apega a nenhum assunto.
