ततो निष्क्रम्य बलिन उपदेवमहाभटा: । असहन्तस्तन्निनादमभिपेतुरुदायुधा: ॥ ७ ॥
tato niṣkramya balina upadeva-mahā-bhaṭāḥ asahantas tan-ninādam abhipetur udāyudhāḥ
Ó herói Vidura, então os poderosos guerreiros dos yakṣas, liderados por Upadeva, incapazes de tolerar aquela ressonância, saíram da cidade com armas em punho e atacaram Dhruva.
