तत्पुत्रावपरावास्तां ख्यातौ स्वारोचिषेऽन्तरे । उतथ्यो भगवान्साक्षाद् ब्रह्मिष्ठश्च बृहस्पति: ॥ ३५ ॥
tat-putrāv aparāv āstāṁ khyātau svārociṣe ’ntare utathyo bhagavān sākṣād brahmiṣṭhaś ca bṛhaspatiḥ
Além dessas quatro filhas, ela teve ainda dois filhos, famosos no manvantara de Svārociṣa: Utathya e Bṛhaspati, o mais firme no Brahman.
They are two celebrated sages described as sons in this genealogy; Utathya is honored as a great ṛṣi, and Bṛhaspati is praised as brahmiṣṭha—foremost in realization of Brahman.
It means “during the Manvantara (rule/period) of Svārociṣa Manu,” indicating the era in which these figures were renowned.
The verse highlights honoring genuine spiritual wisdom and saintly character—encouraging seekers to value realized teachers and cultivate Brahman-centered knowledge alongside devotion.
