प्रकृतिकोपकमधर्मिष्ठमनैकान्तिकं चैतदिति कौटिल्यः ॥ कZ_०५.६.३२ ॥
Transliteration
prakṛti-kopakam adharmiṣṭham anaikāntikaṃ caitad iti kauṭilyaḥ
Translation
Kauṭilya diz: «Este procedimento —provocar a ira dos constituintes do Estado— é injusto e não é confiável para determinar resultados».
