तस्याकरणे वा समाहर्ता कार्यमपदिश्य पौरजानपदान्भिक्षेत ॥ कZ_०५.२.३१ ॥
Transliteration
tasyākaraṇe vā samāhartā kāryamapadiśya paurajānapadānbhikṣeta
Translation
Se isso não for feito, o Coletor-Geral (samāhartṛ) deve, alegando uma necessidade pública, solicitar contribuições aos habitantes da cidade e do campo (paura-jānapada).
