अन्धो राजा शक्यते सहायसम्पदा यत्र तत्र वा पर्यवस्थापयितुम् ॥ कZ_०८.२.११ ॥

Transliteration

andho rājā śakyate sahāyasampadā yatra tatra vā paryavasthāpayitum

Translation

Um rei cego pode ser “assentado” em qualquer lugar—isto é, posicionado e controlado—por meio dos recursos de cúmplices.
