Transliteration

madyakāmaṃ yogapānenodvejayeyuḥ

Translation

Quem é viciado em bebida alcoólica deve ser dissuadido (e levado a desistir) mediante a administração de uma bebida intoxicante/composta (como estratagema controlado).
