तेषां किल्बिषमदण्डकरा हरन्त्ययोगक्षेमावहाश्च प्रजानाम् ॥ कZ_०१.१३.०८ ॥

Transliteration

teṣāṃ kilbiṣamadaṇḍakarā harantyayogakṣemāvahāśca prajānām

Translation

Mas esses (reis) incorrem em pecado se cobrarem multas e impostos sem promover o bem-estar e a segurança do povo.
