लाभसाम्ये संधिः वैषम्ये विक्रमः ॥ कZ_०७.६.०३ ॥
Transliteration
lābhasāmye saṃdhiḥ vaiṣamye vikramaḥ
Translation
Quando os ganhos são iguais, conclui-se um tratado; quando são desiguais, recorre-se à ação decisiva (iniciativa pela força).
