विगृह्यासनहेतुप्रातिलोम्ये संधायासीत ॥ कZ_०७.४.१३ ॥
Transliteration
vigṛhya-āsana-hetu-prātilomye saṃdhāya āsīta.
Translation
Quando as razões para a hostilidade ou para a neutralidade se invertem, deve-se concluir um tratado e permanecer (agindo) de acordo com ele.
