दुर्बलाद्भूमिलाभे सत्यं सौकर्यं भवति ॥ कZ_०७.१०.०५ ॥
Transliteration
durbalādbhūmilābhe satyaṃ saukaryaṃ bhavati
Translation
Quando se toma território de um (governante) fraco, obtêm-se de fato facilidade e maior governabilidade (isto é, a aquisição é realmente mais fácil).
