दुर्गप्रतिष्टब्धयोरपि स्थलनदीदुर्गीयाभ्यां स्थलदुर्गीयाद्भूमिलाभः श्रेयान् ॥ कZ_०७.१०.२८ ॥
Transliteration
durgapratiṣṭabdhayor api sthalanadīdurgīyābhyāṃ sthaladurgīyād bhūmilābhaḥ śreyān
Translation
Mesmo quando ambos estão fortificados, entre um oponente fortificado em terra e outro fortificado por rio, é preferível adquirir território do fortificado em terra.
