तस्माच्छक्तिं सिद्धिं च घटेतात्मन्यावेशयितुं साधारणो वा द्रव्यप्रकृतिष्वानन्तर्येण शौचवशेन वा ॥ कZ_०६.२.३६ ॥
Transliteration
tasmāc chaktiṃ siddhiṃ ca ghaṭet ātmany āveśayituṃ sādhāraṇo vā dravyaprakṛtiṣv ānantaryeṇa śaucavaśena vā
Translation
Portanto, ele deve esforçar-se por reunir e interiorizar poder e sucesso—seja por meios comumente disponíveis, seja pelo fortalecimento ininterrupto dos constituintes materiais do Estado, seja por uma integridade disciplinada (śauca).
