स पक्षवांश्चेदनादेयः विपर्यये पर्यादातव्यः ॥ कZ_०२.९.२४ ॥
Transliteration
sa pakṣavāṃś ced anādeyaḥ viparyaye paryādātavyaḥ
Translation
Se ele tiver uma facção de apoio, não se deve proceder abertamente contra ele; no caso oposto, deve-se obrigá-lo a devolver (a riqueza) por meio de medidas de recuperação.
