Transliteration

pravīre vāstuni rājaniveśaś cāturvarṇyasamājīve

Translation

No local mais proeminente/central do sítio (pravīra vāstu), deve ser estabelecida a residência real, juntamente com a organização dos meios de subsistência das quatro ordens sociais (cāturvarṇya).
