असमरप्रयोग्याः पौरजानपदानामर्थेन वृषा वडवास्वायोज्याः ॥ कZ_०२.३०.२८ ॥

Transliteration

asamaraprayogyāḥ paurajānapadānām arthena vṛṣā vaḍavāsv āyojyāḥ

Translation

Os animais que não forem aptos para uso no campo de batalha deverão ser destinados como garanhões para as éguas, com financiamento proveniente dos recursos dos habitantes das cidades e das comunidades rurais (isto é, por fundos/tributos locais).
