Transliteration
akṣeṣu nāndīpinaddhaṃ kārayet
Translation
Nos eixos/pontos de pivô, ele deve mandar fazer uma amarração/trava «nāndī» (nāndī) (isto é, um arranjo específico de fixação/travamento nos pivôs).
