Transliteration
kás tvā́ satyó madā́nāṃ máṃhiṣṭho matsad ándhasaḥ | dṛḍhā́ cid ārúje vásu ||
Translation
ਹੇ ਦਾਤਾਰ, ਸੋਮਰਸ ਦੇ ਮਦਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਤੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਸੱਚਾ ਕੌਣ ਹੈ—ਹੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਬਲਵਾਨ, ਸੋਮ ਦੇ ਰਸ ਵਿਚ ਮਸਤ? ਕੌਣ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ੍ਹ ਬੰਧਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਚੀਰ ਕੇ ਵਸੁ (ਧਨ) ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰੇ?
