evaṃ yoniṣu sarvāsu pratikramya bhrameṇa ta | kālāṃtaravaśādyāti mānuṣyamatidurlabham

Translation

ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਭਰਮ ਦੇ ਵਸ਼ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਸਭ ਯੋਨੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੜ ਮੁੜ ਆਉਂਦਾ-ਜਾਂਦਾ ਭਟਕਦਾ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ; ਅਤੇ ਲੰਮੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੀ ਅਤਿ ਦੁਲਭ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਜਨਮ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
