सन्ध्यारागोत्थितैस्ताम्रैरन्तेष्वधिक पाण्डरैः।स्निग्धैरभ्रपटच्छेदैर्बद्धव्रणमिवाम्बरम्।।
sandhyārāgotthitais tāmrair anteṣv adhika-pāṇḍaraiḥ | snigdhair abhrapaṭacchedair baddha-vraṇam ivāmbaram ||
ਸੰਧਿਆ ਦੇ ਰਾਗ ਤੋਂ ਉੱਠੇ ਤਾਂਬੇ-ਰੰਗੇ ਕਿਨਾਰੇ, ਅੰਦਰੋਂ ਹੋਰ ਪਾਂਡੁਰ; ਚਿਕਣੇ ਬੱਦਲ-ਪਟ ਦੇ ਟੁਕੜਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਆਕਾਸ਼ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਪੱਟੀ ਬੰਨ੍ਹਿਆ ਜਖ਼ਮ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ।
