इयं कुसुमसङ्घातैरुपस्तीर्णा सुखाकृता।स्वयं निपतितैर्भूमिश्शयनप्रस्तरैरिव।।।।

Transliteration

iyaṃ kusumasaṅghātair upastīrṇā sukhākṛtā |

svayaṃ nipatitair bhūmiḥ śayanaprastarair iva ||

Translation

ਇਹ ਧਰਤੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਡਿੱਗੇ ਫੁੱਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਗੁੱਛਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਛੀ ਹੋਈ ਸੁਖਦ ਬਣ ਗਈ ਹੈ—ਜਿਵੇਂ ਆਰਾਮ ਲਈ ਪੱਥਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਲਾਬਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼ਯਿਆ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਬਿਛ ਗਈ ਹੋਵੇ।
