खरं तु रामाभिमुखं प्रयान्तं वाहिनीपतिः। राक्षसस्त्रिशिरा नाम सन्निपत्येदमब्रवीत्।।3.27.1।।
kharaṃ tu rāmābhimukhaṃ prayāntaṃ vāhinīpatiḥ | rākṣasas triśirā nāma sannipatya idam abravīt ||
ਜਦੋਂ ਖਰ ਰਾਮ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਵਧ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ, ਤਦੋਂ ਸੈਨਾ-ਪਤੀ ਤ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਿਰਾ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਰਾਖਸ਼ਸ ਉਸਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਆ ਕੇ ਇਹ ਬਚਨ ਬੋਲਿਆ।
