तत्रोपस्पर्शनं कृत्वा नियतो नियताशन: । गोसहस्रफलं पुण्य प्राप्नोति भरतर्षभ

Transliteration

tatropsparśanaṃ kṛtvā niyato niyatāśanaḥ | gosahasraphalaṃ puṇyaṃ prāpnoti bharatarṣabha ||

Translation

ਹੇ ਭਰਤਸ਼੍ਰੇਸ਼ਠ! ਉੱਥੇ ਵਿਧੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਇਸ਼ਨਾਨ ਕਰਕੇ, ਸੰਯਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿ ਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਯਮਿਤ ਆਹਾਰ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ, ਮਨੁੱਖ ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਗਾਂਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਾਨ ਦੇ ਫਲ ਦੇ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਪੁੰਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
