सपत्नानां मृथे हन्‍ता रविसोमसमप्रभ: । सर्वैश्षिन्निकृतिप्रज्ैरनायैरकृतात्मभि:

Transliteration

sapatnānāṁ mṛthe hantā ravisomasamaprabhaḥ | sarvaiś chinnakṛtiprajñair anāryair akṛtātmabhiḥ ||

Translation

ਬ੍ਰਿਹਦਸ਼ਵ ਬੋਲੇ— ਜੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਦਵੰਦੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਸੰਹਾਰਕ ਹੈ; ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਭਾ ਸੂਰਜ ਅਤੇ ਚੰਦਰਮਾ ਵਰਗੀ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਉਹ ਕਪਟੀ ਸਲਾਹ ਵਾਲੇ, ਉਲਟੀ ਸੋਚ ਵਾਲੇ, ਅਨਾਰਯ ਆਚਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਆਤਮ-ਸੰਯਮ ਤੋਂ ਰਹਿਤ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਘਿਰਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।
