प्राप्प वामनरूपेण प्रच्छन्न॑ ब्रह्म॒रूपिणा । बलेयथा हूतं राज्यं विक्रमैस्तच्च ते श्रुतम्
prāpya vāmanarūpeṇa pracchannaṁ brahmarūpiṇā | baler yathā hṛtaṁ rājyaṁ vikramais tac ca te śrutam ||
ਵਾਮਨ ਰੂਪ ਧਾਰ ਕੇ, ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣ ਦੇ ਵੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਦਿਵ੍ਯਤਾ ਲੁਕਾ ਕੇ, ਉਸ ਨੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਕਦਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਕ੍ਰਮ ਨਾਲ ਬਲੀ ਦਾ ਰਾਜ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਹਰਨ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ—ਇਹ ਵੀ ਤੂੰ ਸੁਣਿਆ ਹੈ।
