तदेषा लभतां काम॑ यथाभिलषितं वधू: । अप्रमादश्न कर्तव्य: पुत्रि सत्यवत: पथि,अत: आज मेरी पुत्रवधू अपना अभीष्ट मनोरथ प्राप्त करे। बेटी! जा, सत्यवानके मार्ममें सावधानी रखना

Transliteration

tad eṣā labhatāṃ kāmaṃ yathābhilaṣitaṃ vadhūḥ | apramādaś ca kartavyaḥ putri satyavataḥ pathi ||

Translation

ਇਸ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਵਧੂ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਨਚਾਹੀ ਇੱਛਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰੇ। ਧੀਏ! ਸਤ੍ਯਵਾਨ ਦੇ ਰਾਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਦਾ ਬੇਪਰਵਾਹੀ ਨਾ ਕਰੀਂ—ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਸਾਵਧਾਨ ਰਹੀਂ।
