इन्द्रप्रशंसा, दिव्योपकरणदानं, गन्धमादनसमागमश्च

ते कृता विमुखा: सर्वे मत्प्रयुक्त: शिलाशितै: । ततो मातलिना तूर्ण हयास्ते सम्प्रचोदिता:,मेरे छोड़े हुए बाण पत्थरपर तेज किये हुए थे। उनकी मार खाकर सभी दानव युद्धभूमिसे भाग चले। तब मातलि उस रथके घोड़ोंको तुरंत ही तीव्र वेगसे हाँका
arjuna uvāca | te kṛtā vimukhāḥ sarve matprayuktaiḥ śilāśitaiḥ | tato mātalinā tūrṇaṃ hayās te sampracoditāḥ ||
ਮੇਰੇ ਛੱਡੇ ਹੋਏ, ਪੱਥਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਤਿੱਖੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਤੀਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਉਹ ਸਭ ਪਿੱਠ ਫੇਰ ਕੇ ਰਣਭੂਮੀ ਤੋਂ ਭੱਜ ਗਏ; ਤਦ ਮਾਤਲੀ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਰਥ ਦੇ ਘੋੜਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਹੀ ਮਹਾਨ ਵੇਗ ਨਾਲ ਦੌੜਾਇਆ।
