शीघ्रमेव गुडाकेश: कृतास्त्र: पुनरेष्यति । साक्षान्मघवता सृष्ट: सम्प्राप्स्यति धनंजय:,“निद्राविजयी अर्जुन अस्त्रविद्या सीखकर साक्षात् इन्द्रके भेजनेपर शीघ्र ही यहाँ आवेंगे और तुम सब लोगोंसे मिलेंगे”
śīghram eva guḍākeśaḥ kṛtāstraḥ punar eṣyati | sākṣān maghavatā sṛṣṭaḥ samprāpsyati dhanañjayaḥ ||
ਵੈਸ਼ੰਪਾਯਨ ਬੋਲੇ— ਨੀਂਦ ਨੂੰ ਜਿੱਤਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਗੁਡਾਕੇਸ਼ (ਅਰਜੁਨ) ਦਿਵ੍ਯ ਅਸਤ੍ਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਪੁੰਨ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਜਲਦੀ ਮੁੜ ਆਵੇਗਾ। ਸਾਕਸ਼ਾਤ ਮਘਵਾ ਇੰਦਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਧਨੰਜਯ ਇੱਥੇ ਆ ਕੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਭ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ।
वैशम्पायन उवाच
Steady discipline and rightful preparation are affirmed: Arjuna’s self-mastery (Guḍākeśa) and training in higher weapons are portrayed as dharmic readiness, supported by divine sanction (Indra), for a just cause.
Vaiśampāyana reassures the listeners that Arjuna, having completed his acquisition of astras, has been dispatched by Indra and will soon return to rejoin his companions.
