दीप्यमानं महाशूलं प्रगृह्ा मणिमानपि

Transliteration

dīpyamānaṃ mahāśūlaṃ pragṛhya maṇimān api

Translation

ਵੈਸ਼ੰਪਾਯਨ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ—ਰਤਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਜਿਆ, ਤੇਜ ਨਾਲ ਦਹਕਦਾ ਮਹਾ-ਸ਼ੂਲ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੜ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਨਿਰਣਾਇਕ ਵਾਰ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ; ਉਸ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਦੀ ਚਮਕ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਪਲ ਦੀ ਗੰਭੀਰਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਘਾਤ ਦੇ ਸੰਕਲਪ ਨੂੰ ਉਜਾਗਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
