सेयमापन्महाघोरा कुरुष्वेव समुत्थिता । उपेक्ष्यमाणा कौरव्य पृथिवीं घातयिष्यति
seyam āpanna-mahāghorā kuruṣv eva samutthitā | upekṣyamāṇā kauravya pṛthivīṃ ghātayiṣyati, kuruśreṣṭha |
ਵੈਸ਼ੰਪਾਯਨ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ—ਹੇ ਕੌਰਵ੍ਯ, ਕੁਰੂਸ਼੍ਰੇਸ਼ਠ! ਇਹ ਮਹਾਂ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਆਫ਼ਤ ਕੁਰੂਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਉੱਠ ਖੜੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਜੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਅਣਡਿੱਠਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ, ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਸਾਰੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਦਾ ਨਾਸ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੇਗੀ।
