वानरो रोचमानश्न केतुः केतुमतां वर: । बाण चलानेवाले वीरोंमें अर्जुन श्रेष्ठ हैं

Transliteration

sañjaya uvāca | vānaro rocamānaś ca ketuḥ ketumatāṃ varaḥ |

Translation

ਸੰਜਯ ਬੋਲੇ—ਵਾਨਰ-ਚਿੰਨ੍ਹ ਨਾਲ ਯੁਕਤ ਉਹ ਧੁਜਾ ਤੇਜਸਵੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਭ ਕੇਤੂਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਠ ਹੈ। ਬਾਣ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਵੀਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਰਜੁਨ ਸ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਠ ਹੈ, ਧਨੁਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਾਂਡੀਵ ਉੱਤਮ ਹੈ; ਸਮਸਤ ਪ੍ਰਾਣੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਗਵਾਨ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਸ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਠ ਹਨ, ਆਯੁਧਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਚੱਕਰ ਸ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਠ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਪਤਾਕਾਵਾਲੇ ਧੁਜਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਨਰ-ਚਿੰਨ੍ਹਿਤ ਧੁਜਾ ਹੀ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਉੱਤਮ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਮਾਨ ਹੈ।
