अतो<न््यथा रथिना फाल्गुनेन भीमेन चैवाहवर्दशितेन । परासिक्तान धार्तराष्टांश्व विद्धि प्रदह्ममानान् कर्मणा स्वेन पापान्
ato 'nyathā rathinā phālgunena bhīmena caivāhava-darśitena | parāsiktān dhārtarāṣṭrāṃś ca viddhi pradahyamānān karmaṇā svena pāpān, saṃjaya ||
ਜੇ ਗੱਲ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਉਲਟ ਨਿਕਲੇ—ਅਤੇ ਕੌਰਵ ਧਰਮ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਭਾਵ ਦਿਖਾਉਣ—ਤਾਂ, ਸੰਜਯ, ਜਾਣ ਲੈ: ਧ੍ਰਿਤਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਦੇ ਉਹ ਪਾਪੀ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਰਥੀ ਫਾਲਗੁਨ (ਅਰਜੁਨ) ਅਤੇ ਯੁੱਧ ਲਈ ਸੱਜੇ ਭੀਮ ਦੇ ਹੱਥੋਂ ਮਾਰੇ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਭੱਜੇੜੇ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਆਪਣੇ ਹੀ ਕਰਮ-ਫਲ ਦੀ ਅੱਗ ਨਾਲ ਸੜ ਕੇ, ਆਪਣੇ ਹੀ ਦੋਸ਼ ਨਾਲ ਨਾਸ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
