भीष्मस्वप्न-स्मृत्युपाख्यानम् | Bhīṣma’s Dream-Linked Recollection of the Paraśurāma Combat
ततो<ब्रवीत् सागरगा जिह्दां चरसि भाविनि । नैष कामो5नवलद्याड़ि शक््य: प्राप्तुं त्वयाबले
tato 'bravīt sāgaragā jihvāṃ ca rasi bhāvini | naiṣa kāmo 'navaladyāḍi śakyaḥ prāptuṃ tvayābale ||
ਤਦੋਂ ਰਾਮ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ— “ਹੇ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਚਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ, ਹੇ ਭਾਵਿਨੀ! ਤੇਰੀ ਜੀਭ ਚੰਚਲ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਭਟਕਦੀ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਇਹ ਕਾਮਨਾ ਪੂਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ; ਹੇ ਅਬਲਾ, ਤੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਸੰਭਵ ਨਹੀਂ।”
