Kaurava Mobilization at Kurukṣetra (Duryodhana Orders War Preparations) / कुरुक्षेत्रे धार्तराष्ट्र-सैन्यसज्जा
कृतो यत्नो महांस्तत्र शम: स्यथादिति भारत । धर्मस्य गतमानृण्यं न सम वाच्या विवक्षताम्
kṛto yatno mahāṁs tatra śamaḥ syathāditi bhārata | dharmasya gatam ānṛṇyaṁ na sama-vācyā vivakṣatām ||
ਵੈਸ਼ੰਪਾਯਨ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ—ਹੇ ਭਾਰਤ! ਉੱਥੇ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ—ਇਸੇ ਮਨੋਰਥ ਨਾਲ ਵੱਡਾ ਯਤਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਅਸੀਂ ਧਰਮ ਦੇ ਬਾਕੀ ਕਰਜ਼ੇ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਮੁਕਤ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਾਂ; ਇਸ ਲਈ ਜੋ ਹੋਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਕਹਿਣ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਾਵਲੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਵੀ ਹੁਣ ਸਾਡੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਉਹੋ ਜਿਹਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਾ ਸਕਦੇ।
