अध्याय १२२ — कृष्णस्य दुर्योधनं प्रति नीत्युपदेशः
Kṛṣṇa’s Ethical Counsel to Duryodhana
ययातिरुवाच भगवन् संशयो मे<स्ति कश्रित् त॑ं छेत्तुमहसि । न हान्यमहमहमि प्रष्ठं लोकपितामह
yayātir uvāca bhagavan saṁśayo me 'sti kaścit taṁ chettum arhasi | na hi anyam aham imaṁ praśnaṁ lokapitāmaha tvayi vinā prastum ucitaṁ manye ||
ਯਯਾਤੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ—ਭਗਵਨ! ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਸੰਦੇਹ ਉਠਿਆ ਹੈ; ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕੱਟਣ ਦੇ ਯੋਗ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਹੀ ਹੋ। ਲੋਕ-ਪਿਤਾਮਹ! ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਬਿਨਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਅੱਗੇ ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਰੱਖਣਾ ਮੈਂ ਠੀਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਮਝਦਾ।
