ययातिदौहित्रपुण्यसमुच्चयः | Yayāti and the Grandsons’ Consolidation of Merit
'ये आपको तार देंगे। दौहित्रोंके द्वारा मातामह (नाना)-का यह उद्धार पुरातन वेदशास्त्रमें स्पष्ट देखा गया है। राजन! मैं आपकी पुत्री माधवी हूँ और इस तपोवनमें मृगोंके समान जीवनचर्या बनाकर विचरती हूँ ।।
mayāpy upacito dharmas tato 'rthaṃ pratigṛhṇatām | yasmād rājan narāḥ sarve apatyaphalabhāginaḥ ||
ਮੈਂ ਵੀ ਧਰਮ ਦਾ ਸੰਚੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ; ਇਸ ਲਈ ਇਸ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਲਈ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਕਰੋ। ਕਿਉਂਕਿ, ਹੇ ਰਾਜਨ, ਸਭ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਸੰਤਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਫਲ ਦੇ ਭਾਗੀ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ।
