अत्र धर्मश्न सत्यं च कर्म चात्र निगद्यते | गतिरेषा द्विजश्रेष्ठ कर्मणामवसायिनाम्
atra dharmaś ca satyaṃ ca karma cātra nigadyate | gatir eṣā dvijaśreṣṭha karmaṇām avasāyinām ||
ਹੇ ਦ੍ਵਿਜ-ਸ਼੍ਰੇਸ਼ਠ! ਇੱਥੇ ਧਰਮ, ਸਤਿ ਅਤੇ ਕਰਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਹਿਸਾਬ ਕਿਹਾ ਤੇ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕਰਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਤ ਤੇ ਦੇਹਧਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਇਹੀ ਨਿਯਤ ਗਤੀ ਹੈ; ਮਰੇ ਹੋਏ ਜੀਵ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਰਮ ਇਸੇ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਦਾ ਆਸਰਾ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਧਰਮਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਪੇਸ਼ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ।
