हतो5पि लभते स्वर्ग हत्वा च लभते यश: । उभयं नो बहुगुणं नास्ति निष्फलता रणे

Translation

ਜੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੋ ਮਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਸਵਰਗ ਪਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ; ਅਤੇ ਜੋ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਯਸ਼ ਪਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਦੋਵੇਂ ਹੀ ਸਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਵੱਡਾ ਲਾਭ ਹਨ; ਰਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਸ਼ਫਲਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ।
