Strī Parva 1: Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Lament and Saṃjaya’s Consolation
तथैव कौरवो राजा धर्मपुत्रो महामना: । कृपप्रभृतयश्चैव किमकुर्वत ते त्रय:,इसी प्रकार कुरुवंशी राजा महामनस्वी धर्मपुत्र युधिष्ठिरने तथा कृपाचार्य आदि तीनों महारथियोंने भी इसके बाद क्या किया?
tathaiva kauravo rājā dharmaputro mahāmanāḥ | kṛpaprabhṛtayaś caiva kim akurvata te trayaḥ ||
ਜਨਮੇਜਯ ਨੇ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ— “ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੌਰਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਰਾਜਾ, ਮਹਾਨ ਮਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਧਰਮਪੁੱਤਰ ਯੁਧਿਸ਼ਠਿਰ ਅਤੇ ਕ੍ਰਿਪ ਆਦਿ ਉਹ ਤਿੰਨ ਮਹਾਰਥੀ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕੀ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗੇ?”
