Vāmadeva’s Rājadharma: Norm-Setting, Counsel, and the Prevention of Rāṣṭra-Vināśa (वामदेव-प्रोक्तं राजधर्मम्)
एतानि यस्य गुप्तानि स राजा राजसत्तम: । सतत वर्तमानो>त्र राजा धत्ते महीमिमाम्
etāni yasya guptāni sa rājā rājasattamaḥ | satataṃ vartamāno 'tra rājā dhatte mahīm imām ||
ਜਿਸ ਰਾਜੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਉਪਾਅ ਗੁਪਤ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਰਾਜਾ ਰਾਜਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਉੱਤਮ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜੋ ਨਰੇਸ਼ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਦਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹੀ ਇਸ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਧਾਰ ਕੇ ਰੱਖ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
