मूढमैन्द्रियकं लुब्धमनार्यचरितं शठम्‌ । अनतीतोपध॑ हिंस दुर्बुद्धिमबहुशुतम्‌

Transliteration

mūḍham aindriyakaṁ lubdham anārya-caritaṁ śaṭham | anātītopadhaṁ hiṁsraṁ durbuddhim abahuśrutam ||

Translation

ਜੋ ਰਾਜਾ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਲਈ ਮੂਰਖ, ਇੰਦ੍ਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਵੱਸ, ਲੋਭੀ, ਅਨਾਰਯ ਆਚਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ, ਸ਼ਠ, ਅਪਰਖਿਆ, ਹਿੰਸਕ, ਕੁਬੁੱਧੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਲਪ-ਸ਼੍ਰੁਤ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਰਾਜਾ ਲਕਸ਼ਮੀ ਤੋਂ ਹੀਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
